One of my favorites, i'm pretty sure I got this at the local thrift store but I can't remember. Full of banger episodes I mean Snowball Effect AND the christmas who that would have been enough for it to be one of the better dvds but it also has squeaky boots, procrastination, survival of the idiots, mermaid man and barnacleboy IV, chocolate with nuts, as seen on tv, AND pizza delivery? This dvd is just jam packed with hits! And that's not even taking the spectral features into account, you can view the storyboard of christmas who as well as an ato commentary which I find really interesting, one of my favorite special features by far this alone makes this dvd worth it in my eyes, did you know the “cookie dohe” patchy eats is actually mash potatoes? Thanks to this dvd I know!

this is also one of the only dvds I have the slip for, it had some advertising for a few other spongebob dvds and some rugrats dvds and vhs tapes! On the back it has a another version of the cover art which I guess you could use if something hopped to your cover or if you just fancied the cleaner look, I think ill keep things how they are but I appreciate the option.

This is, as you can probably tell, my favorite dvd as a kid. This dvd somehow still plays fine its been awhile since I played it but I don't remember it having any skipping or anything. This dvd has some realy cool menuing and some banger episodes: hookie, pickles, salor mouth, the algaes always greener, gary takes a bath, life of crime, no free rides, no weenies allowed, and jellyfish jam all more or less soled episodes. This dvds claim to fame is shanghaied. During the end of the episode the flying dutchman offers a wish to sponge and crew but only one. When the episode originally aired viewers could call in to pick who got the wish, it was spongebob if you were wondering. But this dvd has all of the endings which I think is pretty neat.

The other special features are anything to write home about, there's a music video featuring jellyfish jam overlaid on clips of other episodes and some tips for the Revenge of the Flying Dutchman game.
